What YardClerk does

    As you add, price and photograph parts, YardClerk lists them on eBay and Shopify for you. Prefer to check first? Approve each listing before it goes live.

  • Vehicles and parts

    Add a vehicle by its VIN, which is decoded for you, or without one. Each part gets its own SKU, a status and its photos.

  • Stock and locations

    Record where each part is and update it when the part moves. Scan a part’s label to bring it up, track quantities for parts you stock in bulk, and run stock counts.

  • Labels

    Print part labels on your yard’s label printer.

  • Orders, shipping and reports

    Keep track of orders and shipping, and run reports on your business.
